They horde all of the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding to themselves and try to make Gentiles more primitive beings. The body holds down the soul, the spirit with all of its needs. The body is afraid that it is going to die. So, the body is constantly preoccupying the mind with fear. We’re always worried about accumulating goods. How we are going to better ourselves in the material world. What foods we’re going to eat. The lusts of our flesh. All of these things that the body imposes on the mind to weigh down the mind and keep it from ascending so that it cannot enter into unity with the “gods” above.

So, the Jews use Usury and wealth so that they can free their minds to pursue this knowledge which enables them to unite with the Ein Sof (the infinite one). At the same time, they burden the Gentiles with debts and try to make the Gentiles focus on all of their material needs so that they are throughout their entire lives’ slaves of their bodies so that their souls can never ascend but instead they descend, and they fall. They fall into primordial chaos because their bodies drive them down.
