Local Realtor a Party to Coercing Young Buyers Out of Security Deposit(s)

Seems that realtors nowadays think nothing of being a party to coercing young Buyers out of their hard-earned money.

Two millennials that were lucky enough to be able to afford a house after the Boomer generation slopped up every benefit of society for themselves, were defrauded and/or coerced out of half of their security deposit monies this Summer. The realtor below was a party to that malfeasance.

The Sellers in this particular real estate transaction refused to return a security deposit ($5,000.00) in good faith and according to the terms of a Contract for Sale to a young couple just starting out. The Sellers finally agreed to release only part of the Buyer's deposit monies demanding that the young pair sign over half of their deposit to the greedy Sellers. The realtor below sanctioned that theft.

The terms of the Contract (which I read myself) required that the Sellers return to the Buyers their deposit if within the inspection period (14-days from the full execution of the Contract) something defective to the systems of the house emerged in the inspection. That did occur.

Again, the Sellers rather than honoring the Contract that they signed instead utilized coercive tactics to defraud a young couple trying to settle down and start family of half of their deposit funds.

The Realtor listed below was a party to this coercion and was the Seller's agent.
